The Irish model is not just a branding registry. It turns Sender IDs into a numbering and inter-operator trust control. After ComReg launched the registry in 2025, unregistered Sender IDs were first relabeled as 「Likely Scam」 from July 3, 2025, then blocked from October 3, 2025. Reconcile each live Sender ID against the registered legal owner, the exact business use case, and any delegated sending arrangement. Require your aggregator to confirm participating status, upstream operator coverage, and whether failed submissions are rewritten or blocked. Separate OTP, transactional, collections, and marketing traffic by route and governance rules so a high-complaint campaign does not contaminate critical service messaging under the same brand identity.
